P\u00f4le 3D (France)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Animation Award<\/strong>: For the quality of its animation and illustrations, its outstanding acting work and how it combines these (and other) narrative elements to give life to a script that builds a creative and personal portrait of a generation and its dilemmas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carciniza\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>\u2013 directed by Denis Souza \u2013 Universidade Federal de Pelotas (Brazil)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>CATEGOR\u00cdA NO FICCI\u00d3N<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menci\u00f3n Especial<\/strong>: Por el excelente trabajo de reconstrucci\u00f3n documental de un ataque terrorista que por su car\u00e1cter homof\u00f3bico y transodiante trasciende fronteras para dar visibilidad del hecho a toda la humanidad:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poisoned well <\/strong>\u2013 dirigido por Radek \u0160ev\u010d\u00edk \u2013 Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (Eslovaquia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premio Mejor No Ficci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Por recuperar aquella tradici\u00f3n en la que el cine es, sobre todas las cosas, un instrumento para registrar lo real, un instrumento para robar la belleza del mundo, para capturar el vuelo de una avioneta piloteada por su mismo inventor en alg\u00fan rinc\u00f3n de Rusia, por entender que el cine y la aviaci\u00f3n son dos aparatos para apresar la belleza del cielo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sky high <\/strong>\u2013 Dirigido por Mira Erkenova \u2013 Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (Rusia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>NON FICTION CATEGORY<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Special Mention: For the excellent work of documentary reconstruction of a terrorist attack that, due to its homophobic and transfobic nature, transcends borders to make the event visible to the world:<\/p>\n<p>Poisoned well \u2013 directed by Radek \u0160ev\u010d\u00edk \u2013 Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (Slovakia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Non-Fiction Award: <\/strong>For recovering the tradition in which cinema is, above all things, an instrument to record reality, an instrument to steal the beauty of the world, to capture the flight of a small plane piloted by its inventor in some corner of Russia, for understanding that cinema and aviation are two devices to capture the beauty of the sky:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sky high \u2013 <\/strong>Directed by Mira Erkenova \u2013 Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (Russia)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>CATEGORIA FICCI\u00d3N: Premio compartido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s s\u00f3lo el cine sea capaz de mirar con la debida distancia al mundo, al espacio y a las personas, como un gran flujo de energ\u00eda que viaja desde una central at\u00f3mica hasta una pava el\u00e9ctrica, y alejarse a\u00fan m\u00e1s para poder vernos a nosotros mismos como parte de un flujo de energ\u00eda infinitamente m\u00e1s grande, y descomponernos en \u00e9l de la misma forma que la luz se descompone en una pel\u00edcula 16mm:<\/p>\n<p><strong>3MWh <\/strong>\u2013 Dirigida por Marie-Magdalena Kochov\u00e1 \u2013 FAMU (Rep\u00fablica Checa)<\/p>\n<p>Filmar el sonido es un acto temerario, reservado para los cineastas m\u00e1s atrevidos. M\u00e1s a\u00fan si detr\u00e1s de ese sonido encontramos personajes y actuaciones que parecer\u00edan ir a la velocidad del silencio. Acaso el cine pueda ser eso: escuchar el silencio de un bosque esperando por el canto de un p\u00e1jaro. Y cuando eso ocurra, habremos aprendido a mirar el silencio:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wandering bird <\/strong>\u2013 Dirigido por Victor Dupuis \u2013 Institut des Arts de Diffusion (B\u00e9lgica)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ex Aequo Award for Best Fiction Film<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps only cinema is capable of looking at the world, space and people with due distance, like a great flow of energy that travels from an atomic power plant to an electric boiler, and moving away even further to be able to see ourselves as part of an infinitely greater flow of energy, and decompose in it in the same way that light decomposes in a 16mm film:<\/p>\n<p><strong>3MWh \u2013 <\/strong>Directed by Marie-Magdalena Kochov\u00e1 \u2013 FAMU (Czech Republic)<\/p>\n<p>To film the sound is a reckless act, reserved for the most daring filmmakers. Even more so if behind that sound we find characters and performances that seem to go at the speed of silence. Perhaps cinema can be that: listening to the silence of a forest waiting for the song of a bird.
